5. Refunds and Transfers

5.1 Services

If no substantive work has commenced, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund or to transfer a scheduled session, contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days using the original payment channel. After service commencement, no refunds are permitted. You may transfer a session once within 12 months at no extra charge. Certain expedited filing services incur third-party fees at the time of order and are therefore non-refundable due to costs incurred on your behalf.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for digital product refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase and only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds are issued within 5 working days. Once accessed or downloaded, digital items are deemed delivered and are not eligible for refund.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 working days.
